It is a cheap and not very secure the strike and upgrade to a more secure one and add a keypad to the outside for keyless entry.  We had a couple of questions about this keypad: Can it be powered from the current AC current that powers the door strike as there is no other power source near where the keypad would be.  Also does it need an egress button as the front door has a regular locking door knob on it which can be used to retract the bolt and bypass the strike.
